It’s pretty obvious here that I love wine. So much so that I try to create wine involved vacations on a regular basis. I somehow convinced my parents that we needed to pay a visit to Napa Valley this past November and man oh man, am I glad they caved. That weekend was full of perfect timing, perfect accommodations, english muffins, and yes – wine.

Here’s my lowdown on must see’s in wine country! Hope you enjoy!

Flora Springs

Larkmead Vineyards

An intimate and interesting wine tasting experience overlooking beautiful fields of vineyards. Also, DELICIOUS wine, and cool wine glasses.

Rombauer Winery

Located up on a beautiful hill with views of the vineyards for days. The wine is pretty decent, but if you do a tasting there, I would recommend bringing a picnic and reserving one of the tables in the hilltop!

Pine Ridge Vineyards

We did a private cave tour at this winery and it was definitely a unique and amazing experience. During the tour, we were able to taste wine directly from the barrel, have a cheese and wine pairing, and taste the wines in a private room. Definitely recommend.

Mumm Winery

A little bit off the beaten path. But hey, i’m not a chardonnay fan but I would drink bottle on bottle of this stuff. It’s also family owned, which I love.

This is the perfect place if you’re party is craving different types of food. They have beautiful cheese plates, the best taco bar around, and handcrafted sandwiches.
