We’re heading into mid-August and it’s going to be hotter than ever pretty soon. One trend I’ve been loving this season is the off the shoulder look. This look is stylish, but it also keeps you super cool during the scorching temperatures. This dress, by Planet Blue, is one of my favorites. It’s light, on trend with its colors, and the tie up shoulders create a feminine but very comfortable look.
