Ok, anyone that knows me probably knows that I have an extreme obsession with sunglasses. I always have to budget sunglasses into my monthly spending because I simply can’t help myself when walking past the pretty sunglass counter at the mall. So when I heard about Ditto – a sunglass rental website (think Rent The Runway) – I didn’t even think twice about signing up.
My first pair from Ditto are these beautiful Karen Walker sunnies that normally retail for $280. But for my $19/month membership with Ditto – I can wear them for as long as I want, return them when I’m ready, and order a new pair!
So ok, what exactly is Ditto and how does it work, you ask? Well – here’s my Ditto lowdown!
First off, Ditto is a website where you can rent designer sunglasses at an inexpensive monthly membership price. For $19/month, you have access to hundreds of sunglasses ranging from $100 – $500+. And within that membership – insurance is included!
You sign up, order a pair of sunglasses, and wait patiently for them to arrive. You can wear them as short or as long as you want – and when you’re ready for a new pair – you just send your current pair back!
Now – I know this sounds like a paid ad from Ditto, but no, it is not! I’ve never even talked with the company. I’m just obsessed with it’s concept and can’t wait to rent as many sunglasses as I can!
